Welcome guys! I am so glad you’re here prepping for your next photo session. I have three tips, I recommend on how to look your absolute best!
One way to find your best color is to look back through your Facebook photos or anywhere you store your photographs. Notice the color you were wearing in your favorite photos, write the color down on paper, and look to see which color the winner is. Once, you have located the color that complements you the best, begin by pulling those items to pick your outfit.
The second tip, I have for you guys is to select clothes that are comfortable but fitted enough to show off your best features. I want you to choose an outfit that displays your tones arms, toned legs, and or tiny waist. And for those of you, who are saying I don’t have toned arms, toned legs, and a tiny waist. I hear ya! I don’t either. However, there are ways to show off your body and not look like you are trying to cover up. My point exactly, by all means, please don’t cover up for photographs. I have taken countless photographs and one of the things clients always point out is the outfit they chose did not help them look their best. And, I am here to do just that. As a petite, curvy woman, I choose long dresses that are fitted. Fitted clothing give you a silhouette shape versus no silhouette. So, keep that in mind when choosing your next outfit.
The third tip, I have for you is to add accessories to your look. Accessories is the best way to glam up any outfit. Not to mention, they make you look like a movie star! Accessories consist of earrings, rings, bangles, and your wristwatch. Now, you might have heard the term less is more, right? And, I couldn’t agree more! Please do not overdo. It’s totally okay to pick-up matching earrings and a bangle. You want to select two to three pieces of jewelry. Now, keep in mind everyone is different. Choose what feels comfortable to you. I recommend choosing dangling earrings, necklace, and a ring. When you select these three they blend in perfectly. When the camera zooms in on your beautiful face they get a glimpse of your earrings and your necklace. Let me tell you, you are going to love how you look. And you are going to wonder why you haven’t been wearing jewelry all this time! Hey! It’s never too late!
Now, you know the three tips, to look amazing in your next outdoor portraits! I hope you found this helpful. If you enjoyed what you read and learned, please feel free to share with your friends and family.
